Hi, this is Maya. My design journey begins when I first moved to Italy many years ago. My first time in Milan, I stepped out of the subway and I saw a big astounding building in front of my eyes called “Duomo”, The architecture and design of this marvelous church impressed me so much that I immediately realized I would like to pursue a career in architecture and interior design! For this goal, I started my interior design education in NABA; The New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Followed by another design degree in Design in Politechnique of Milan University, I extensively expanded my design knowledge including concept creation, design thinking, implementation and presentation. 

I have now been working for 7 years in US A&D industry and have gained experience in multi facets of the industry. I have worked with architects, home builders, furniture dealers and real estate companies and have got a great grasp of the ins and outs of each of the various sectors. Other than interior design, I have also done number of graphic design works for individuals and companies specially startups and non profit organizations. My design style is simple yet I love to pop in bold and vibrant colors and use textures to make the spaces  more joyful and lively. 

I have met and helped numerous clients to achieve the dream look for the spaces they live in, work in or just simply spend time for fun. My philosophy is to generate innovative ideas to transform spaces, apply my expertise to implement those ideas and work collaboratively and tirelessly with the client during the whole process for a flawless experience. My strongest asset is my unmatched customer services skills! I will guide the clients through the design process from 0 to 100, put the pieces of the puzzle in one by one and will make sure to achieve their ultimate satisfactions at the end. My ultimate is to create an amazing experience with Mayz Design!
